Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may request a return of your order under the terms indicated below.
14-Day Returns
The customer has 14 days after receiving the order to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to provide any reason.
To initiate the return process, simply send an email to XXX@gmail.com with the order number and an indication that you wish to make a return.
Conditions for Returned Items
For the return to be accepted, items must:
- Be free of signs of use, washing, or wear
- Be in perfect condition
- Be returned in the same conditions as they were received
- Include, whenever possible, the original packaging
For hygiene reasons, returns of used or opened and mishandled items that compromise their use cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Alternatively, a voucher of the same value may be provided for future purchases, should the customer prefer.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error in shipping or the item is defective.
